  • The Equitable EZClaim Mobile app allows plan members to submit claims and download their benefits card, all from their mobile device.
  • EquitableHealth.ca gives you secure online access to manage your plan anytime and anywhere. Your plan members can also submit and view claims, check their coverage, and access health and wellness resources.
  • Online Plan Member Enrolment offers a more secure, efficient way for your plan members to enrol in the plan at no extra cost.
